Take a right at this intersection onto South Huntington Avenue
Jamaica Plain VA is 4/10 mile on left

Togus  VA – “Boston Shuttle” Riders Protocol
Togus vehicles are sized to accommodate the volume in travel & to insure safe boarding. 
Our goal is to operate most cost efficiently while insuring the safety & comfort for our passengers.

SEAT RESERVATION PROCESS:
Our shuttle service is not a requirement but a benefit to those who choose to ride.  This “FREE” program operates by “RESERVED SEAT” only; seats may be reserved by the patient or anyone in relation to/or in the care of patient. The Togus Transportation Assistant can also pre-book future seats that were recognized before the patient call but confirmation is required to insure patient is not utilizing other transportation means to attend his/her appointment.
Seat “cancellations” are as importantly required to insure the shuttle is not delayed due the drivers await or research for someone who has not intended to show….

 “Family / Friend” RIDER PROTOCOL:  Family & friend seating is monitored to prioritize our veteran’s attendance to their Boston VA’s medical appointments.  One family member or friend is allowed to ride with patient; their 1st name & relation is to be noted in the appointment field (time/clinic) as justification for the additional seat requirement. WE are required to account for ALL passengers riding with us. The rider’s manifest updates must reflect the “final outcome” for ALL names, relations, & contact information as applicable for ALL passengers...
Evaluate BOTH patient & aide for special needs; a medial or mental disability that interferes with his/her self-care or safety. ANY disability or mobility equipment is required to be noted in the posting as awareness to the driver.

Vehicles are not restroom equipped though we are 1 ½ hours between restroom facilities.

Due to mature atmosphere, not able to accept anyone less than 18 years of age
